Do you have a “developed mind” ? This will give an idea how you can decide it.How can you develop your own mind ? Simple answer is you have to study about “yourself” among the other studies you do. This leads you to develop skills to control your mind.
If you can keep your own mind at the present moment, that’s the key to improve your productivity. If you watch this ~5 min video, you will get an idea what I am referring to.
PS: Believe me I don’t have a “developed mind” as most of you 🙂 , but I am determine to develop my skills to “keep my mind at the present moment” & improve my productivity level.
Whatever you do in your life this should help you. Try it yourself & see…
I have been reading your posts constantly, and this one make think a lot more than the others.
So, any suggestions about how to start doing that? 🙂
I am also in very early stage of learning about “self”. Would give some suggestions when i get a solid foundation.. It is another long journey 😯
Good Post Rasika;
I agree with everything said on the Video but I was hoping the Video will give you some tools on how to live or concentrate in the present.
Thanks again;
Juan
Hi Juan,
I agree with you..
I think “meditation” is the general answer, but from where to start is something you have to explore & see.( including mysefl)
This is you have to practice & experience it by yourself. Again this may be something you have to practice in your life time.
If I get some good suggestions (within next few years) I will let you know 🙂

Thank you Rasika – I began to practice Yoga at my local Gym and I find it very relaxing eventhough it is hard for me to concentrate for more than 5 minutes at a time.
Looking forward to all your post.
Have a good day;
Juan
