I originally started my blog as a place to keep my CCIEW study notes. Since then I started blogging about the things I am learning in wifi space (though it is not related to CCIEW exam). Since I passed my CCIEW lab exam in Aug 2013, I have done lots of posts mainly focusing CWNP certifications. So if you are new to my blog it is very hard to find all blog posts related to CCIEW exam in a logical order.
So in this post I will list down all the related posts I have written related to CCIEW exam (I could not believe, there are 160+ posts 😯 ). I tried to map my post to the CCIEW_Lab_v2_Blueprint, so you can follow them easily. I used section 0 to any post related to planning/preparation work for lab exam. Note that all posts done using the software version specified in CCIEWv2.0 blueprint (WLC 7.0.116.0, ACS5.2)

Rasika
an excellent post I will check every item to learn more about networking.
Thanks Omar, yes use this free stuff to achieve your dream in CCIEW
Rasika
Hi Rasika, Your blog is a great and unique tool to prepare for CCIEw. Thanks a million for your time and effort..
Thank for feedback & Have fun with this in wireless studies.
Rasika
Thank you. Am sure it will come in handy once I start on the CCIE Wireless. Currently targetting the CCNP Wireless 🙂
Even in CCIE level they tested fundenentals, so atart reading those as lot of them cover basics like DHCP, NTP, QoS, multicast, L2/L3 infrasructure, etc.
Some time you may find it useful for CCNPW as well.
Rasika
Yep, I know. I do follow each and every post that you make 🙂
Its very helpful to prepare my CCNPW. Many many thanks for your effort and time.
No prob Chandra. Enjoy ur studies
Excellent. Thanks a lot.
Regards
Sandeep
Hi Sandeep,
You can use this for ur CCIE. In return I am sure you can make a list from your blog as well.
Rasika:)
Hi Rasika,
Sure I will but after my lab exam.
Once again thanks.
Regards
Sandeep
Thank you so much 🙂 I am beginner in wireless and learning lot from this blog… currently preparing CCNPW… Lot more to go 🙂
Good to hear that… 🙂
Rasika
Thanks Rasika.
All your post are very helpful to prepare my CCNP Wireless.
Good to hear that Jose
Rasika
Hi Rasika,
it’s Really Good blog
Thanks Dheeraj

Hi Rasika
I am an Oracle DBA and I would like to take CCIE certification on Wireless. I know this is a long journey. Since I am a beginner I would like to take the right path to achieve my goal. I have no idea on where to start?
Could you please advise me on this? Any kind of references like blogs or websites is appreciated.
Thank You
Leo
Hi
I would suggest you to start with building a small scale home lab.
Then learn WiFi fundamentals, some thing like this course I would highly recommended.
https://www.cwnp.com/certifications/cwna
Once you familiar with basic RF, build advanced skills on configure/troubleshoot Cisco WiFi products if you are go for CCIEW
HTH
Rasika
Great thanks for your every single note.
Enjoy it while studying 🙂
Hello Rasika,
I am a big fan!
Thank you for all your efforts,
Wanted to ask, I am preparing my CCIE wireless lab and wondring if it possible to do full virtual lab at home?
Regards,
Hi Mohamed,
What do you mean by virtual lab ? As you know in wireless you need to have physical APs to test RF.
In v3.0 you need to invest a lot to have a home lab identical to exact lab topology (5760/3850/2504/5508/etc)
I would suggest you to have at least 2504 & 3650 switch with some AP models. With those you should be able to cover 60-70% of scenarios.

Rasika
Hello Rasika,
Could you please share the CCNP wireless Pdf book and also suggest online learning tool.
Hi Sachin,
I am not able to share those ebooks, not ethical to share it (you have to buy it)
Rasika
Nice stuff Rasika,
Can you suggest me a book to prepare for CCNPW which covers new curriculum ?
There are no Cisco press books that I know of…
I would suggest cisco config examples/technotes and ciscolive365.com materials (filtered to blue print topics)
HTH
Rasika
Sir,
i am interested in networking field , so plzz can u guide me in achieving the certificate …plzz sir i have sent mail to many none reply your the last hope
thanking you
waiting for ur reply
Which certificate you looking for Rahul ?
Hi,
I am working with Aruba for 4 years with both outdoor and indoor setups. I have ACMP, ACDX, CWNA, CWSP and CWDP. But no Cisco certs nor worked with Cisco infrastructure. Can you advise if attempting CCIE W is a good idea by following your guide and blog or should I go step by step from CCNA to CCNP to CCIE?
Hi Rasika,
Great site ! Thanks.
I’m preparing for CCNP Wireless but now I’m thinking, why not CCIE W 🙂
The CCIE W reading list @ learningnetwork.cicso.com is +/- 70% covered by the CCNA & CCNP Wireless books.
What would you recommed to study extra for the CCIE Wireless Written ?
Thanks,
Wouter
If you are comfortable with topics covered in CCNA/CCNP wireless books, then I would suggest to give it a go to CCIEW (make sure you review for CCIEW blue print for written & fill any gaps).
Here is an upcoming book worth reading for CCIEW

Thank u for the valuable Information!
Thanks for the feedback Pawan…
Any new CCIE Wireless training material to share?
Can you explain in easy terms about Data Rates in Wireless Controllers why it is required and functionality.
Great post! I really appreciate your effort and sharing.
